Chuck Norris was an actor, an Air Force veteran and a karate champion who starred in movies such as The Way of the Dragon with the legendary Bruce Lee and the long-running Walker, Texas Ranger. He was a legendary martial artist who founded the martial arts system known as Chun Kuk Do. He held black belt titles in various martial arts systems, including Tang Soo Do, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Karate.

Chuck Norris recently died on Thursday morning on Kauai after a medical emergency, with his family keeping details of his death private. 

His family shared the news on Instagram, and condolences flocked from far and wide from people such as Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, Elon Musk and Arnold Schwarzenegger. People honoured him with pics of his famous action clips and memes celebrating his grit and enduring legacy alongside his wife, Gera and his five children.
