Abiodun Ayoyinka, the former Nigerian civil servant and legendary actor popularly known as Papa Ajasco, came out on social media and made a statement declaring that he was broke.

Mr. Ayoyinka lamented that he earns just 45,000 naira per episode now, up from 22,500 in the 1990’s. He also stated that the trademarked Papa Ajasco name and role limit him to potential gigs.

Content Creator, popularly known as Mitchy, visited his home on the 17th of March and presented him with cash bundles amounting to a total sum of 2,000,000 naira.

Wale Adenuga, the CEO of Wale Adenuga Productions, well known by its abbreviation WAP, released a statement debunking Mr. Ayoyinka’s claims. 

In his statement, he mentioned that Mr. Ayoyinka was a former civil servant in the Lagos State Government and questioned his claims of being broke. Wale Adenuga also stated that Mr. Ayoyinka had driven at least five cars, and he also claimed that he owned a house in Ogun State.
